Peanut Noir formed in early 2009 with the intention of covering a wide range of music, but with a personal touch. The group have been friends for many years and have now decided to bring their experiences together in an attempt to create a band that is both great to listen to and fun to watch.
Upon forming in February 2009 Peanut Noir dived straight in at the deep end by playing at The Neptune in Dymchurch only 1 month later. Since then the band have pushed for more live performances and were soon playing at more locations.
After some great feedback Peanut Noir have been requested to play many return gigs. The band will be looking to expand their gig locations throughout the year.
Peanut Noir's playlist includes over 30 songs, ranging from The Darkness's hit 'I Believe In A Thing Called Love' to a rocked up version of Simon and Garfunkle's 'Sound Of Silence'.
