Based in Folkestone in Kent, Zero Tolerance came together in late 2007. Consisting of four musicians with years of experience between them from the local pub, club and function circuit. Playing a variety of Indie and Rock covers from yesteryear to the present day, we hope to see you at one of the dates listed. Come along and say hi!
Steve "The Noise" Driscoll
has been playing for 25 years and gigged the last sixteen years with bands such as No Licence Required, and more recently with Fugley, but his focus has always been to play with a gritty no frills approach that makes Zero Tolerance unique on the local circuit. He prefers to play a Gibson Les Paul through a peavey classic valve amp to give a warm yet aggressive sound.
Steve Clark
Formerly of local keyboard duo 'Chinagraph', Steve was vocalist and rhythm guitarist for 9 years with schoolfriend Ford Elliott who had previously played in the duo Fantasia. Chinagraph performed synthesizer and keyboard covers of songs mainly from the 80's but also from the 1950's to the 2000's so this is somewhat of a departure musically and vocally.
Kevin Bowyer
Anyone who loves their live music and likes to see a local live band would have seen or remembered Kevin as the bass player in the extremely popular and successful Kent band The Maroon Dogs. Since the untimely and sad passing of lead singer Bob Coltart, Kevin has now been rescued from the bass playing wilderness by Zero Tolerance and is back in the live music limelight!
Neil Reynolds
Like most drummers, Neil started out as a roadie and was asked to sit in when a local band's drummer failed to show! Neil hasn't looked back since, playing for local bands and even getting himself involved in recording session work for local artists. You won't find a more dedicated character anywhere!
