Dirt Road Band

The Dirt Road Band is the combined firepower of Steve Walwyn (guitar and vocals), Horace Panter (bass), and Ted Duggan (drums). They specialise in blues‑rock that doesn’t just move you, it jolts your pulse.

Walwyn has been a full‑time guitarist for 45 years, including three decades with Dr Feelgood. Panter helped launch The Specials and has been shaping British music ever since. Duggan’s journey has taken him from Banco de Gaia to Badfinger. Individually formidable, collectively unstoppable.

What started as a casual side project five years ago has grown into their main creative home. Their debut album, Righteous, landed in July 2024 and earned critical acclaim.

Their chemistry is instinctive. Ideas bounce, spark, and settle into something bigger than the sum of the parts. On stage, that connection becomes impossible to miss.
