The Lost Weekend formed in the spring of 1994, inspired by the explosive energy of the Britpop era and the timeless cool of Mod rock. Hailing from Herne Bay, Kent, the band quickly carved out a name for themselves with their authentic sound, sharp style, and unapologetic celebration of British music.
Their setlist is a raucous ride through the best of British—from The Beatles, The Kinks, The Who, The Jam, and Small Faces to Oasis, Blur, Supergrass, and Paul Weller. Every gig is a foot-stomping, chorus-belting, hip-shaking party, packed with songs that have defined generations.
The band features:
Mick Ware – Guitar, Vocals
Rob Packman – Guitar, Vocals
Mark Anthony – Bass
Paul Hughes – Drums
Known for their tight musicianship and infectious stage presence, The Lost Weekend has become a fixture at venues across Kent, including regular appearances at the Rock Lodge in Whitstable and Rodneys in Herne Bay. Their gigs are more than performances—they’re community events, drawing loyal fans who come for the music and stay for the atmosphere.
With over three decades of experience and a deep catalogue of Mod and Britpop anthems, The Lost Weekend continues to prove that great songs, played with passion and grit, never go out of style.
