Turmoil

Turmoil were formed in July 2005 from the ashes of several local bands, with Lewie and G achieving limited success in the band Croy. The intention was to create a band playing the sort of music we had a passion for and establish ourselves as one of the best cover bands in the area and to build on that reputation. Our first public outing was the SAGA Battle of The Bands in September 2005. Our first gig proper was at The Harp Club, Folkestone in December 2005. We have since played over 200+ gigs in and around Kent.

Bands whose music we cover include: The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Cream, Hendrix, Thin Lizzy, T-Rex, The Jam, The Buzzcocks, Crowded House, Bryan Adams, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Blur, Rage Against The Machine, Oasis, Stereophonics, Razorlight, Kaiser Chiefs, The Automatic, The Pidgeon Detectives...and lots more!

We have recorded an EP including 3 tracks: Dakota (Stereophonics), Buck Rogers (Feeder) and American Idiot (Green Day).
